We do NOT collect or accept: personal health information, financial records, identity documents, or client/patient data. Please do not enter this type of information in the assessment.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to generate your AI Opportunity Report. Submitted information is processed by a third-party AI model (language model API) to produce the analysis.

We do not use your submission for any other purpose without your consent.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

Your assessment responses are sent to an AI language model to generate the report. The AI provider may temporarily process your data but does not store it long-term or use it for training.

We take steps to prevent sensitive personal information from being sent to the AI model.

Unconverted submissions are automatically deleted after 90 days unless you request longer retention or we have a legitimate reason to retain them.

You can request earlier deletion at any time.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your submission data at any time by contacting us.

Report links expire after 30 days by default but can be revoked earlier upon request.

7. Marketing Communications

Marketing emails require separate, optional consent. Receiving your report does not subscribe you to marketing.

You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

8. Medical and Healthcare Submissions

For healthcare practices, we only assess non-clinical administrative workflows. We do not collect, process or store patient health information.

If you accidentally submit health information, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.
