Specialist Medical Clinic Website & Workflow Modernisation
A Sydney specialist clinic's entire web presence rebuilt — from an outdated site to a professional, structured, searchable presence with a modern digital agreement workflow.
The challenge
The clinic's existing website didn't reflect the standard of care patients experience in person. Service information was unstructured, the site was difficult to update, and important practice documents were signed on paper or exchanged over email — slow for patients, awkward for staff, and hard to track.
Existing systems
The clinic already ran established clinical and practice management systems. A key requirement from day one: none of that was going to change. The project had to improve the clinic's public presence and administrative workflows without touching clinical systems or patient records.
What we delivered
Professional clinic website
A complete rebuild: clean editorial design, structured service pages, mobile-first experience and fast page loads — presenting the clinic the way patients expect in 2026.
Service information architecture
Complex treatment and service information restructured so patients can actually understand what's offered and what to do next — reviewed by clinic staff before publication.
Practitioner profiles
Professional, accurate practitioner pages built from the clinic's approved materials — presented with the credibility specialists deserve.
Digital agreement signing
A secure e-signature workflow replacing paper and email-based document signing: signers open a link, review the document and sign by hand on screen. Multi-party signing tracks progress and produces a final consolidated PDF automatically.
Integration & risk controls
- Strict separation between the public website and the clinic's clinical systems — no direct database connections, ever
- Agreement documents and signatures stored on encrypted persistent storage with per-signer access tokens
- Every signature action is event-logged (viewed, shared, signed) for a complete audit trail
- Multi-party agreements chain signatures onto a single final document — no version confusion
- Clinical content published only after review by qualified clinic staff
Outcome
The clinic now presents a web presence consistent with the quality of its clinical care, patients can find and understand service information without phoning for basics, and practice agreements are signed digitally through the built-in e-signature workflow. The site continues to be iterated with the clinic as needs evolve.
