Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using Snail AI services (the "Services"), operated by Ausrealt International Pty Ltd (ABN 72 142 901 013), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

2. Services

Snail AI provides AI consulting, business process automation, AI-enabled software modules, legacy system bridging, corporate AI training, and end-to-end project delivery for Sydney-based SMEs. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals and quotations.

3. Engagement & Payment

The initial on-site consultation (2 hours) and written proposal are provided free of charge and without obligation.
Project fees are as quoted in the signed proposal. Payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon delivery of each milestone, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Course fees are payable at the time of enrolment via our secure Stripe payment gateway.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

4. Project Delivery

We deliver projects in stages, each with clear deliverables and acceptance criteria.
You have 5 business days to review and accept or provide feedback on each milestone delivery.
Scope changes requested after project commencement may incur additional fees, communicated and agreed in writing before proceeding.

5. Warranty & Support

A 30-day warranty period applies after final delivery, during which we will fix bugs and defects at no extra charge.
Optional monthly maintenance plans are available for ongoing support, monitoring, and minor adjustments.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for your project. Snail AI retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and tools developed independently.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Snail AI's liability for any claim arising from these Services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. You are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds for course enrolments are governed by our refund policy (available on request).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
