Website & System Integration

A modern website that actually works with your booking tool, payment provider and CRM — instead of a pretty brochure that creates manual work behind the scenes.

What we deliver

🗺️

Strategy & information architecture

Page structure and content decisions based on how your customers actually buy.

📱

Responsive design & development

Fast, mobile-first build with accessibility and Core Web Vitals in mind.

✏️

CMS your team can use

Content updates without a developer on standby.

📅

Booking & payment integration

Official vendor APIs and hosted payment pages — never direct database connections.

🤝

CRM & form integration

Enquiries flow into the system your team already runs.

📈

Analytics & conversion tracking

Know which pages and channels produce enquiries.

🔍

SEO-ready technical structure

Crawlable, indexable, structured data from launch — not bolted on later.

🧪

Staging, QA, launch & handover

Nothing goes live untested. Launch is rehearsed and reversible.

🎓

Staff training & maintenance

Your team is trained; ongoing maintenance is optional, not compulsory.

Clear system boundaries — by design

We keep four layers separate and explicit in every proposal, so nothing sensitive ends up where it shouldn't.

Layer 1

Public website (presentation)

Content, services, SEO. No customer records, no clinical data, no credentials.

Layer 2

Third-party booking & payment

Vendors' official widgets, hosted pages and APIs. Card data never touches your site.

Layer 3

Internal customer / clinical databases

Stay internal. A public website never connects directly to these systems.

Layer 4

AI-assisted work systems

Automation that helps staff draft, summarise and retrieve — with human approval gates.

Common questions

Usually, yes — most modern platforms offer official widgets, hosted booking pages or APIs. We prefer the vendor's official integration path over any workaround. If your system has no integration path at all, we'll tell you straight and propose alternatives rather than building something fragile.
We deploy on managed platforms with staging environments, automatic HTTPS and rollback capability. You own the domain, the content and the accounts. If you ever move on from us, everything is portable.
Every rebuild includes a URL migration map with 301 redirects for pages that move or retire, plus sitemap updates. We check Search Console coverage after launch so you don't silently lose rankings.
A focused business website with integrations typically runs 4–8 weeks depending on content readiness and integration complexity. We'll give you a phased timeline in the proposal with what's needed from your side.
