How the assessment works
Four stages, each with a clear purpose. You can stop after any of them.
1
Business AI Scan
A structured 10-minute intake that captures your goals, current systems, repetitive workflows and constraints. It builds the one-page opportunity summary we work from.
Start the Scan →2
Confirmation call
A focused 5–10 minute call to verify the key facts — the outcome you want, who'd be involved, which system hurts most, and your timing.
3
On-site assessment
Qualified Sydney businesses receive a complimentary two-hour on-site assessment led by our founder: real workflows, real people, real systems.
4
Proposal
Priorities, scope, phases, pricing, exclusions and success criteria — written down, with a clear next step.
What the on-site assessment covers
- Business goals, project goals and what "success" means to you (15 min)
- Current processes, main difficulties and repetitive work (30 min)
- Your website, CRM, booking, email and document systems (30 min)
- Opportunity identification, risks, priorities and feasible paths (30 min)
- Budget range, project phases and how a proposal would be structured (15 min)
What the assessment is not: it is not free detailed system design, and not every applicant receives an on-site visit. Complex medical, legal or financial engagements may include an additional data-risk review, and any recording or transcription only happens with explicit consent from everyone in the room.
Common questions
Yes — for qualifying Sydney businesses, after a completed Scan and a short confirmation call. A decision-maker or key process owner must attend, and you should have a real project in mind within the next 3–6 months. We'd rather say no upfront than waste two hours of your time on a bad fit.
That's fine. Many engagements start from the Scan and a call alone. Site visits add the most value when your workflows involve physical processes, multiple systems or several team members.
Scope-level proposals are free. Complex system architecture, detailed data-flow documentation, migration plans or vendor technical investigations may be quoted as Paid Discovery — and Paid Discovery fees can be partially credited against a subsequent project. We'll always tell you which category you're in before work starts.
No — and you shouldn't want that. Sometimes the honest answer from an assessment is "don't spend money on this yet". We say so.
Start with the Scan. Ten minutes, no sales pressure.
If there's a real opportunity, you'll hear it from Robin personally on the confirmation call.
