AI Central Server — one AI brain for your whole office

Also known as an AI Base or the AI Brain. When we build an AI system for your business, we set up a central server that unifies the computing power of every machine in your office — so the hardware you already own finally works at full strength.

The problem: your computing power is scattered and wasted

In most offices, every computer works alone — and that means most of the computing power you pay for is sitting idle.

😩

Heavy users hit the ceiling

The people running AI tools get slow, overloaded machines. The usual fix: buy a high-spec computer — or a second one — just to keep up.

😴

Light users waste capacity

Computers used mainly for Word, email and browsing sit mostly idle. Their processing power is paid for every day and used for almost nothing.

💸

You buy hardware you already own

The capacity your heavy users need already exists inside your office — scattered across machines that never share it. So you pay twice for computing power you already have.

Our solution: the AI Central Server

An AI Central Server is a central "AI brain" installed in your office. Using SSH and other standard connection methods, it pulls the computing power of every machine in the company together into one shared pool.

1

Connect

Every computer in the office — Mac, Windows, spare machines — is linked to the central server.

2

Pool

The server treats all connected machines as one shared computing pool instead of separate, isolated boxes.

3

Dispatch

AI tasks are automatically sent to wherever capacity is available. The idle Word-machine next door starts doing real work.

4

Benefit

Hardware efficiency rises sharply. Heavy users stop waiting. You stop buying premium machines you don't actually need.

💡 Think of it like a power grid. Before: every desk is its own generator, most of them idling. After: one grid — every drop of computing power in the office is available to whoever needs it, whenever they need it.

What you get

🖥️

One central AI brain

A single, documented AI Central Server installed in your office — the base all your AI work runs from.

🔗

Unified office computing

All machines connected via SSH and other standard methods into one coordinated pool of computing power.

📈

Higher hardware efficiency

Idle capacity gets used. Expensive machines stop being a bottleneck. Existing hardware lasts longer.

🧾

Lower hardware spend

Postpone or avoid new high-spec purchases. Many offices find machines they were about to replace are worth keeping.

What's included

  • Office computing audit — what machines you have and what they're really capable of
  • AI Central Server setup and configuration
  • Connection of office machines via SSH and other standard methods
  • Task dispatch configuration for your real AI workloads
  • Team walkthrough and written operating SOP
  • Documentation, code and credentials handed over — you own it all

What this is not

  • A cloud subscription — the server runs on hardware you own, in your office
  • A way to access machines without your knowledge — every connection is documented and you hold the keys
  • Processing of data you don't have permission to use — access rules are agreed in writing before setup
  • Unlimited 24/7 support — ongoing care is available separately under Managed Automation Support

Common questions

No. Dispatch rules are configured so that a machine is only used when it has spare capacity. The heavy user keeps full use of their own machine; the idle machines do the heavy lifting. You set the rules, and they can be adjusted any time.
Connections use standard, encrypted methods such as SSH, with documented access rules and credentials held by you. The server runs inside your office on hardware you own — no company data leaves your network through this system.
Usually not. Many offices already have a suitable machine — an underused desktop, an old workstation, a Mac mini. The audit at the start of the project tells you exactly what you need; often the answer is hardware you already own.
No. Once set up, it just works in the background. Your team keeps using their normal tools; the AI work gets dispatched to wherever capacity is. Non-technical offices are exactly who this is built for.
The AI Central Server is the foundation. When we build AI workflow automation or other AI systems for you, they run on this central base — one brain serving the whole business, instead of scattered tools on scattered machines.

What it costs

Every office is different — the number of machines, the network setup and your AI workloads all change the scope. We scope it with you after the Business AI Scan or a short call, and quote it as a fixed price in writing. No surprises, no lock-in.

Step 1

Scan or quick call

The Business AI Scan or a 15-minute call tells us what machines you have and what AI work actually needs to run.

Step 2

Fixed written quote

You get one clear, fixed price — scope, inclusions and exclusions stated before any work begins. Nothing starts without your sign-off.

Step 3

Own it outright

The server, the connections and the documentation belong to you. No ongoing licence, no subscription — hardware you already own, working at full strength.

How much computing power is your office wasting right now?
