Two decades of running real businesses across e-commerce, trade and property in Sydney taught Robin where a business leaks time and money — and what the system behind it wants to become. Colleagues describe an unusual aptitude: show him a messy process once, and he can already see the clean architecture underneath it. It's not training; it's how he thinks.
Frontier AI, mastered and shipped
When a new model or agent framework is released, it moves from Robin's test bench into a production system within days — not quarters. He runs hybrid cloud and local AI, knows exactly what each model is good at, and applies the frontier where it pays for itself. A master who trains masters
Robin is the founder and lead instructor of Snail AI Academy, where he has personally trained a cohort of practitioners — many of whom now build and deliver client systems of their own: websites, automations and AI tools delivered to real businesses. The DJ Workwear and BC Audio Solutions projects above were delivered under his architecture with graduates of his programme.

Every system Robin builds starts with a P&L question, not a technology choice. He runs companies himself, understands staff constraints and the difference between a demo and something a team uses on a Monday morning — and he'll tell you when the honest answer is "don't spend money on this yet". His commercial model is deliberately unusual: the build cost is set at roughly one year of your current subscription spend — after the payback period, the subscriptions stop and the system is yours.
